Royal Island Maldives locally known as Horubadhoo is Located in Baa atoll, 118km North West of Malé. Of the 50 islands in the Baa atoll, only 10 of them are populated the remaining islands are deserted with unspoiled wildlife.

Some of these neighboring uninhabited islands are ideal picnic spots for guests on this resort. The Baa atoll is influenced by the southwest monsoon, especially from May to July, bringing in large quantities of nutrients from the surrounding ocean which attract whale sharks and manta rays.
