Nika Island Resort is the only island in the Maldives where all the bungalows have their own private beach, surrounded by vegetation, the bungalows are perfectly hidden for complete privacy.

Named after a Banyan tree [“Nika” in dhivehi] believed to be about 350 years old, is home to many types of birds and fruit bats.

The Resort consists of 13 Deluxe Beach Villas on the south side , 13 Beach Villas on the north side of the island and 1 Sultan Suite on the south side. 10 Water Villas are located over the northern reef edge.

Beach Villa & Deluxe Beach Villa The 26 spacious, detached villas boast private beach and garden, are 75 sq.m. wide and composed of living room, bedroom and garden bathroom.
