Medhufushi Island Resort is surrounded by perfect white sand beaches and a crystal clear lagoon in the unspoilt Meemu Atoll, this resort is an idyllic island escape. There is a choice of accommodation, the Beach Villas, built in traditional Maldivian style, blend into the landscape, whilst the Over Water Villas provide guests with a more modern and contemporary style of accommodation, Located away from Medhufushi's main island, the Honeymoon Water Villas offer romantic exclusivity - accessible only by boat.

Accommodation, Beach Villas all face the beach. They are around 65m2 and have thatched roofs. The bedroom has a four poster King-size bed or twin beds, there is also an outdoor shower, a private veranda with sun loungers and a Maldivian style swing. Facilities include air-conditioning, ceiling fan, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, a timber deck and part open air bathroom with bath and shower.
Water Villas The water villas are built on stilts over the lagoon with a glass fronted bedroom, which offers a fantastic view of the Indian Ocean. They feature a large patio with sun loungers, a Maldivian style swing and steps leading down to the sea. The villas are around 60 metres squared in total and they have a King size bed or twin beds, bathtub and separate covered shower, espresso machine and large deck with steps leading down to the water. Beach Villa Suites These suites are comprised of two villas joined with an outdoor seating area. They have two bedrooms, one with a King-size bed and one with twin beds, a part open-air bathroom with bathroom and outdoor rain shower, private wooden deck with sun loungers and a Maldivian swing. The suite is very spacious at 178 metres squared.
