Gasfinolhu becomes a Crown & Champa Resort on November 1, 2009. This group also includes Meeru, Veligandu, and many other sister hotels. Crown & Champa Resorts are very popular, and have received many awards for their excellent facilities and services. Before November 1, 2009, the Island remains managed by Valtur, an Italian tour operator and hotel management company.

40 Beach Bungalows, each with a view of the lagoon with traditional thatch roof and exterior coral walls.
All rooms feature a queen size or two twin beds, tile floors, private sundeck with furniture, air-conditioning, overhead ceiling fan, sitting area, stocked Mini Bar with refrigerator, tea/coffee maker, IDD telephone, color cable TV, personal safe, bathroom with shower, bath accessories, hair dryer and complimentary use of chaise lounges on the beach and beach towels.
The OCEAN-PRO Dive Team welcomes all guests, who not only want to enjoy the luxury of the beautiful dive sites around North Male Atoll, but are also looking for something special. The island is surrounded by a big lagoon which is home to a great variety of marine life. There is no typical house reef and so all dives are boat dives. As the lagoon is shallow it is a perfect environment for both snorkelers and diver training.
